From the Beginning;
The Basics of Baking Bread

Nothing beats the smell of fresh bread to get the taste buds humming and I believe it should be at the centre of every household. Home baking comes with a number of benefits not only to our guts but also to our general well-being. The process itself is therapeutic and rewarding, it can bring a real positive engagement between friends and family. Creating a thought pattern about what bread to bake will also lead inspiration to flavour bases and healthier eating.

What you will learn:

  • A brief background on the benefits of baking your own bread vs the supermarket classic.

  • How to mix, knead, prove and bake using only four base ingredients.

  • How to use one dough to create a number of different breads and serving suggestions for each.

  • What basic equipment will make baking at home easier and stress-free.

  • BAKED booklet with recipes and how-to cards for you to use at home.
