Nothing beats the smell of fresh bread to get the taste buds humming and I believe it should be at the centre of every household. Home baking comes with a number of benefits not only to our guts but also to our general well-being. The process its self is therapeutic and rewarding, it can bring a real positive engagement between friends and family. Creating a thought pattern about what bread to bake will also lead inspiration to flavour bases and healthier eating.

How to mix, knead, prove and bake using only four base ingredients.
How to use one dough to create a number of different breads and serving suggestions for each.
What basic equipment will make baking at home easier and stress-free.
